VineLine provides a community platform for discovering local wine events, tasting rooms, wine-focused restaurants, and exclusive ticketed events. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

By opting into our text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated messages from VineLine. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Tickets & Purchases
Tickets for VineLine-exclusive events are sold through our checkout provider. All sales are final unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, in which case refunds will be issued per the event's stated policy.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use VineLine lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services. Submitted content (events, venues) is subject to review and approval.
6. Limitation of Liability
VineLine is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
